Robotic MIG Weld Fixture:
This fixture holds automotive seat backs for robotic welding. The fixture consists of four tooling stations per spanner mounted on a four meter ferris wheel positioner. Each cycle results in a set of completed seat backs (driver and passenger). The spanner also has change-out tooling allowing the customer to run variations of each seat. Over the years, Force Design has completed numerous fixture designs similar to this one for a variety of welding applications.
