Palletizing Machine:
This machine unloads, stores, and reloads product on a conveyor system. As product is unloaded from the conveyor it is counted and aligned in rows until a specified number is met. The product is then picked up with a magnet, shuttled, and placed in a pallet. This pallet indexes down to make room for the next layer. This process is then reversed to add product to the conveyor system as the need arises.
