Pushnut Assembly Machine:

This assembly machine is used to aid in the assembly of seat recliner spline shaft push nuts and motor drives. The machine was designed to accommodate a variety of seat sizes and types, quality control checks, optic sensors, and data validation to insure each seat is correctly assembled to the manufacturers specifications. Maximum user comfort was accomplished by incorporating a variable angle work plane, height adjustable frame, station lighting, and overhead counterbalanced screw driver.
