Leak Test Machine:

This automated machine is designed to air leak test transmission housings. The machine is completely automated and integrated into the existing production line. Five unique housings are loaded with an overhead gantry system. Once loaded the machine shuttles the housing to the testing position, seals all external orifices, pressurizes the housing, monitors air flow, marks all passed housings, and shuttles to the load/unload position. Force Design has designed many similar leak test machines utilizing a variety of testing procedures.
