Staging Robot and Conveyor:
This design is used to manage the flow of parts between two conveyors. First, the robot removes and stages parts from an incoming conveyor. Then, the robot removes parts from the staging nests and places them on an outgoing conveyor as needed. This robot and staging system allows parts to be available upon demand and is used to compensate for fluctuations in downstream part flow rate.
