Insert Loader Machine:

The purpose of this machine is to load brass inserts into a compression mold. The temperature and inaccessibility of the mold do not allow the operator to load the inserts by hand. Therefore, the operator loads 16 inserts on pins and slides them into the machine where they are picked up with a vacuum mechanism, shuttled to the unload position, and released into the proper cavities. This insert loader is designed to be easily adapted to a variety of existing mold presses.
