After you have submitted your files via our secure
RFQ/File Upload form, you will receive a "File Reception" email which informs you that we have received your files. We will then review your files and email you a quote for the translation. This quote will have a link to a secure payment site, if you wish to proceed with the translation. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and business checks. After we receive your payment indicating your acceptance of the quote, we will translate your files. After your files are translated, we will send you a "Completion of Service" email containing download links for your translated files.

If you do not see your file type listed in the chart on our
3D CAD Translation page, please
contact us explaining the file type in question and we will let you know if we can perform your desired translation.
File translation times vary depending on the type of service you are requesting, the number of files, the size of the files, etc. A typical translation without any special manipulation can be finished in one business day. We will give you a timeline for completion when we quote the translation.
