Force Design follows a detailed process in order to provide ideal solutions for our diverse client base. This process insures efficiency, productivity, and accuracy...ultimately leading to satisfied customers. We integrate a variety of technologies, including online project management software, into each phase of our design process in order to effectively communicate to our customers the current status of their projects.
Investigation:
We familiarize ourselves with the parameters of the project. Determine processes, variables, design restraints, environment, output requirements, and critical constraints of the job. We also explore the clients’ design preferences and individual peculiarities in order to tailor the project to their exact specifications.
Innovation:
Once a clear understanding of the parameters has been established in the investigation phase we begin brainstorming. We use multiple designers to evaluate challenges, devise solutions, anticipate problems, and solidify the feasibility of a solution. By the end of this stage we should have a vision for the final product.
Design:
In this stage the vision is given credibility. The entire design is developed into parametric 3D solids, specific challenges are addressed, and the model presented as a workable solution.
Refinement:
We will work out final details of the design and develop a complete design and engineering documentation package.
Completion:
We support the project through implementation. Our role in this stage is determined by our customer’s requirements. We can manage the project through fabrication and deliver a complete turnkey product or we can offer design support only through this phase.
