Robotic Sack Unloader

This robotic system uses 3D vision to select and remove bags from shipping pallets. The bags are then cut open, the contents are dumped into a hopper, and the empty bag is discarded. The use of multiple safety zones allows the operator to remove empty pallets and load full pallets while the cell continues to operate.
